VARER operates a modern CNC facility with 22 machines (horizontal and vertical; 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining centers), supported by CMM systems and dedicated metrology labs for rigorous quality control. The company holds ISO certifications and a NATO CAGE code, underscoring compliance and traceability at the highest standards.
OptoNet Communication and a Czech technology partner, has established an important connection with SpaceX, the global leader in space technologies and satellite communications.
The collaboration contributes to building infrastructure designed to integrate with modern satellite technologies. The project is already underway and expected to advance into subsequent phases. OPTOKON Group sees this as a step toward broader participation of Czech companies in global programs.
OPTOKON, a member of the GOLDENJEST Group, has launched construction of a new production hall at its Červený Kříž site in Jihlava. The project builds on the company’s sustained growth and will add space for assembly, testing, and final integration of rugged networking and optoelectronic solutions.
The new facility will be fully integrated with the existing plant to accelerate production ramp-up and improve delivery reliability for customers across defense, industrial, and energy markets. It includes modern ESD-safe areas for sensitive electronics and in-house qualification and stress-testing capabilities-shortening time-to-market and increasing vertical integration.
